Cory Deyarmond was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1997 and the Ontario Bar in 2003.

Following several years in regulatory compliance with a national insurance and investment company, Cory transitioned into litigation in the areas of family law, child protection, and civil and commercial disputes.

With over two decades litigating complex family law matters at the trial and appellate levels, Cory now focuses his practice primarily on out-of-court dispute resolution, including family arbitration, negotiating orders and agreements, preparing domestic contracts, and providing independent legal advice.

As a family arbitrator, Cory assists parties and counsel in achieving timely resolutions by adjudicating family law disputes with binding decisions in a neutral, private, and efficient process outside the court system.

Cory also provides trial and appellate advocacy for child protection agencies throughout Ontario.

Cory is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario, the ADR Institute of Canada, the Northumberland County Law Association, and the Hastings and Prince Edward Law Association.
